At KILLWINGCo, we specialize in handmade, sustainably sourced timber products crafted in our Suffolk workshop. Because our items range from standard collection pieces to fully bespoke commissions, please read the following policies carefully.

1. Delivery Policy

Lead Times & Production

Almost all our products are made-to-order.

• Collection Items: Current lead times are displayed on each product page.

• Bespoke Items: Delivery timelines will be confirmed via email once your specifications are finalized and the order is accepted.

• Note: As a handmade business, delivery dates are estimates. However, we aim to deliver all goods within 30 days unless a longer lead time is specifically agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs

• UK Mainland: Standard delivery charges apply to most items and are calculated at checkout.

• Bespoke & Large Items: For oversized items or custom commissions, we will provide a fixed shipping quote.

• International Shipping: We ship outside the UK. Please note that import charges, customs duties, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
